We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive specializing in PCR laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical or diagnostic sales, strong relationships in specialty fields such as Urology, Long-Term Care, Oncology, Podiatry, and Women’s Health, and a deep understanding of molecular diagnostics and laboratory testing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and decision-makers in target specialties.
- Promote and sell PCR laboratory testing services for infectious diseases, oncology diagnostics, women’s health panels, and other relevant applications.
- Present technical and clinical benefits of PCR testing to healthcare providers.
- Provide product training and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including laboratory operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including sales activity, forecasts, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years in medical or laboratory sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Familiarity with PCR testing, molecular diagnostics, and laboratory workflows is highly desirable.
- Established network within Urology, LTC, Oncology, Podiatry, Women’s Health, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
